He was only sporting the FlyRyde CF Hatch, but just after this race I got him sponsored for a Terminator hood from VIS. Car looks wicked now!

He couldn't keep up cause it was like, bbbbbbwwwaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! right past him, lol. j/k

That is my friend Tom. He pulled his 5 speed and installed an APE automatic transmission. Its just got beefed up internals. He said the auto works wonders with his datalogging equipment, and he doesn't worry much about snapping axles, whereas a manual tranny would be snappin em like toothpics. The car is powered by a turbo charged 4 cylinder Beta2 non cvvt. I have tons of specs on my site.

oh yeah, snapped axles are a snap to replace in 10 minutes..

i'm curious of the kind of tranny he's using..is it straight cut gears? or just a beefed up hyundai auto tranny?

Beefed up torque converter and valve body. Otherwise its just a hyundai auto tranny.
