Default The SR Sagga Continues

Ok so you think it has been bad with these tail lights, well I hear ya. SR is on my last nerve and I would just like for everyone to see the kind of BS that SR pulls and thinks how stupid we are. Example is within the following:

Automated Reply................................. You mean to tell me that you would send me a automated reply 5 days after I e-mail you guys. What's so fucking automated about that. This is total BS and you must think I am a complete idiot. Sam I hope you do read this, cause I would truely like to show you how your comapany is ran in the US. Your comapany is loosing business because of your lack of customer service. How would you feel if you had something ordered from a comapany and you e-mailed them with no response, can't call then, baically you just sit there helpless. Then 5 fucking days later your suppose to believe that you are getting an authentic automated response. This is utter BS.

Sorry for the bitching, but things need to change,

thanks,
Chris

Thank you for your recent email to Shark Racing. We have recieved your email, and will be getting back to you at our earliest convinience. As our website states, email response time will be a lot slower over the next couple of weeks due to the SEMA show in Las Vegas that we are preparing for and attending. However, ALL emails WILL be replied to.

Thanks,

Hey,

I demand a damm update on the Euro tail lights for the 97~99 Tibs. It's been almost a year and this is getting out of hand. I enjoy doing business with you guys, but this deal has left a fucking sour taste in my mouth. Also don't send me the update that is on the fucking website, I know it is there and I can fucking read. The update has been there for like 3-4 weeks. I mean come on...this is the modern age... who the hell do you have boating the equipment-Christopher Columbus. I am already annoyed that my side skirts took over 5 months and this is just making things worse. I mean what's next you going to have to use Pony express to ship them to each customer. I am sorry I have to be so fucking blunt, but everytime I send a normal-calm e-mail to you guys you never respond. Also don't tell me that you gave me the option to cancel my order way back then, I don't want to hear it. I know I could of, but you guys said that it should be only a little bit longer. Howerver, here we are about several months later and still no god damm lights. This is no way to run a company, unless you are trying to run it into the ground. Please give some kind of real update on this issue.

Please e-mail me back ASAP.

Thanks,
Chris[/body]
Also for everyone that doesn't understand. I bought side skirts from SR awhile back....it took nearly 5-6 months after I was told it could be in 2-3 weeks. And Brad if you want to fight me on it.... I still have the e-mail that says it. Still 5 months seems to be a long time for them. Also everytime I called there was no new news........ lets see I also sent in 3 e-mails.....non of them got replied to. So lets all think before we hit that order botton.:ermm::ermm:

They will probably be crapy pieces of shit like the 2nd gens that leak.

Phil aka Totoro has the 2nd Gen SR altezzas and they have all sorts of moisture in them.

Jed,
Not halfway decent looking ones for the 1st generation Tibs.

Chris,
That sucks. I wonder what the response will be.

For those who wonders wich kind of reply we`ll gonna get from SR....Automated reply: You customers of our business are morons and you shall wait longer because we don`t care! You have waited for a year! Well wait another year! Bear with us there was a problem with our supplier who was a victim of the universal shortage of good faith on our part! The delivery boat as sinked maybe or they had no plastic to mold them! Anyway!
Like you i don`t want to hear any more excuses and yeah i want my lights also...no store credit or refunds and certainly no free bulbs that i never received! You can be sure that when i get them i`ll go to church and thank god! They`ll never have me as a customer after that...hopefully HP store will open soon and we`ll have some respect from them as customers! Like everyone i expect to wait but come on! Not over a year in this day and age!:evil:

There are a lot of people that are experiencing the same thing as you. It is funny how Brad says that there are so many happy costumers out there, all i ever read are people waiting forever for their shipments.

Now granted, there are probablt tons of people who are happy and who have recieved their orders in a short amount of time. But what about the poor people that are forced to wait months. Their aim should not be to have majority of their costumers happy but all of them.

Time will tell which direction SR is headed!

The problem is that SR and Brad have said that most of their customers are not part of a forum. However, how the hell does he really know??? Does he look at all the user's profiles and match them to his orders.

I hear ya about the bulbs.....it was a great gesture and all, but not when they send you 2nd Gen Tib light bulbs....pretty ironic that your having issues with a 1st Gen and they send you 2nd Gens. I mean there will be Euro lights for the 03 Tib before the 1st Gen.... makes ya kind of wonder.

Also as another addition to my previous order with the side skirts. It took almost 10+ for them to ship from CA to here and I had to call Brad to demand a tracking number. Just makes you think about things.

Hmmm between waiting 1 year for a part, and buying an inferior brand and some clear silicon...

Not saying that they are going to be ugly but remember the ones in the pics are computer generated so they may actually look nothing like that when they are done.

I also remember issues with the 2nd gens being scratched up when people recieved them. Also Ryan I know you have seen how they get moisture in them.

So I truely expect this sagga to continue when people finally get theirs (long after they sell their car) and they turn out to be ugly pieces of crap.
