They did not ruin the city I live in now but they (hispanics specifically) ruined the town I grew up in. They really ruined the outlying areas around the city a lot more.
Indian people are slowly ruining my town...it's sad. My neighborhood (very affluent) is getting more and more brown every day (not black...I have nothing against blacks). They buy houses worth close to a full $1 million (and much more), and then they treat them like shit, let them fall into disrepair, and don't even bother with the yard. It's sad.

There are things you can do about it...
It's easy to blame things on people for whatever reason, but what it comes down to is the reason why. Some people don't know. Others don't care and if people are going to be sh!theads, they're going to be sh!theads.
Whatever the reason, I've researched the city codes... if there are people that we don't know who arent in compliance, we just make a complaint to code enforcement... within a few weeks, the issues are corrected...
Basically you need to bring it to the attention of public officials so they know there is an issue going on... I never understood why most people do not take an active role in making sure they keep their neighborhoods a nice place to live.
