No, they can and are dumb. A few days ago a porshe hit me because I had to slam on my brakes because someone STOPPED at a yeild sign on a highway onramp. I got hit in the bumper, almost no damage to me, but the porsche... all because some dumb **** can't tell the difference between a STOP sign and a YEILD one, and stops FOR NO REASON.

Solo you are a wise man to stay away from California highways and roads. Not only are Cali drivers some of the worst in the nation but on top of that they blame everything on you. Plus road rage is really rampant there, god im glad I dont live there anymore. Washington is paradise compared to Cali.
