ok so i just got back from PA today after visiting my g/f for a week and the day before i left i dropped my accent off to get the headlight fixed cayse it was cracking for some strange reason and the spoiler had a big crack in it idk how that happened and told them i NEED my car today and i gave them a week to fix it.... so after my mom picked me up from the airport today we went to get my car and after a week being at the dealership it's still not done... they first told me i never gave them my car..... then they told me they lost the paperwork..... and after finding the paperwork they tell me it's STILL at the bodyshop cause my headlight is on backorder.... i was pissed...... so they gave my mom a 07 sonata to drive while i drive my moms tuscon...... but shes letting me drive the sonata and trust me i'm gonna drive the he11 out of it i want my car i told my mom infront of the douchebag service guy "i'm about 5 seconds from trading in my car to dodge and getting a srt4" it's moments like these i wish i didnt own a hyundai

look's like your hyundai dealership need's a good service manager.
its not like a Hyundai dealership is the holy grail for your hyundai.

i commonly go to fairfax hyundai for repairs..

brown's hyundai is bigger and has more cars but they onyl been around for about year..but they take a long *** time and overcharge.

the guy's at fairfax hyundai have been around longer since the day they sold excels..the people that work there are top notch..i see the same face's everytime i go there..the dealership may be smaller but they're so much more experienced..add a dedicated used cars sale's scross the street whch function's with them and they're a winner!

st louis has fantastic dealers. always get the work done in a couple hours, and when they can't, they let you know when the part is in so you can go in for only a couple hours instead of waiting a couple weeks. in southwest va? well, they all just plain out suck. they really piss me off. especially since they said my xm radio messed up my alarm system. IT DOESN'T EVEN SEND OUT SIGNALS TO DAMAGE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN THEY SAID IT WAS THE REASON MY ECU WAS ****ING UP!!!!!!!!!! OH FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

I've always had a good experience with Gartner Buick/Hyundai/Saab here. They're a good bunch of people. They've always done work as soon as possible, even on a Monday morning when I don't have an appointment. Never had a problem there...yet at least.

ok update: i got my car the other day finally i miss the sonata though.... well we got there and they pulled my car up and the spoiler looked hooooooooooooooooooooooooooootttttttttttttttttt like right out the factory.... so im happy then we go to check the cracking of the the headlight they had 9 DAYS TO FIX..... THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH IT..... I WAS PIZZED... this dealership is on my last fvcking nerve..... so i made another apointment to come in on wednesday..... and they better fix it or im gonna raise hell.......
