i got rear ended hard on by a stupid bitch who can't see where she's going!!

i was stopped at a intersection and she fail's to see me..i had my brake's on and she slam's into me..

This bitch's insurance is gonna pay dearly for every ounce of damage to my car..

my car look's bad, the tailgate, driver rear tailight and the bumper are ruined

and what's worse..my integral body is crushed..my spare tire area has been crumpled..

FUCK..how am i gonna explain this to the body shop?

Shit dude that really sucks. Your ok tho right? Her insurance should pay for everything, its totally her fault. Make sure you have reciets for everything you've done to the car to raise the value of it so you can get more money for it if it is being totalled.

i dont' know how well body shop's do unibody damage repair but mine's pretty bad..very bad..

all i know is..my car isn't gonna be the same even though the they are successful at restoring the unibody

this isn't looking good on my side though..if her insurance write's it off as totalled..will it only issue the check for the retail value of my car?

I feel ya pain... I tottalled my car because a careless driver too, but be glad that you're alive and complaining right now. I've lost 3 friends this year to careless/drunk drivers and none of the accidents were their fault either.

Furthermore, I know that you love your car, but is it completely worth it to fix it up? Like, how much is your Accent worth? Although there is a lot of aftermarket stuff, you cannot cash in on most of it, but you can haggle a bit, because I was only given high blue book on my car, because of the engine rebuild and upgraded turbo, I got 6k altogether on a 96 DSM. I'm going to assume they'll do the same for you. Push it hard, and dont settle for less than what you think you deserve. Also, remember, you're entitled to a maximum of 3x your medical bills for pain and sfufering. So bitch up, go to the doctor alot and cash in baby xP

i apologize and have re-edited my previous statements.

for some reason..my exhaust sound's better, the engine sing's to it's redline of 6500RPM like a honda and vibrations has decreased..

here's some news..i checked local body shop's and they have confirmed that they can repair the spare tire area that's crumpled.

i will be going to a body shop that belong's to one of my dad's friends
he'll give me a break on the price..

so it's a 50/50 chance i wil be able to have it fix or the insurance will write it off...which i hope not..i'm not gonna go to another LC and transfer all my goodies..

her insurance is USAA..my goodyear manager rave's about how great they are..even said he worked for them formerly.
