I have a 74 courier that picks which wheel to lock up when you do panic stops depening on what day it is. Monday is LF, Tuesday LR...

well the floating caliper isn't THAT much more reliable, most of my Pony's pull to the left (exception blue and red pony, they stop true and straight)

I hate drum brakes... hard.

Agreed on the drum brake hate. I had to basically rebuild my rear drums on my Elantra after 125k in western New York, and it was a real pain in the rear to do.

why don't you do a brake swap since you're so mechanically inclined??

it's not that hard, just pull the old drum setup off the hub and find a disc brake set from a donor vehicle.

I agree to the HATE of drum brakes! I wish my scoupe had disk brakes on the back!

Well, the thing about the drums is they rarely require servicing, and the ones i'm complaining about specifically is for the Stellar, which will not get any serious mods... maybe some HID, tinted windows, trailer hook, etc.
