Default i got towed

car got towed today at school. left it in an IHOP parking lot for maybe 50 minutes. came back and it was gone. an hour and $120 later, i was back in my car. some guy in a van who works for the towing company was waiting in the lot and was the one who called the company to tow my car. while me and some girl whose car got towed were waiting, we watched 5 cars get towed in an hour because of this fucker in the van.

i'm going to wait until he leaves his van and call a rival towing company to tow his POS caravan.

eat a dick E&R Towing. eat. a. dick.

I would go into IHOP and tell them that you're never eating there again and make sure they know that the towing company is actively towing vehicles.

well i am technically in the wrong here. there is a sign that says it's for IHOP customers only. i just don't like the fact that there is someone there who knows people are illegally parking, and lets them do it so that his company can make money. business is business sure, but what the fuck happened to giving people, especially starving students, a break?

Legally, towers have to wait 72 hours before they tow the vehicle and the police must be present to tow any vehicle even on private property.

In WA, you are prohibitted by law from using physical force to remove someone from your property. ESPECIALLY trespassers. Ask me how I know...

So I can see how it might be illegal to tow you from their property, similar to kidnipping, sorta.

Now simply getting a parking ticket by a private company on the other hand...

So, any referrances Colin?
