Ive had it with the car. I swear my accent is the worst bad luck every!!!!! If im not fixing my car cause someone hit me, im repairing something i did or bumped or some dump bitch ran into me. Ive come to the conclusion that the car is offically cursed. Im in the process of getting my rally bumper repaired so i can have my car up to speed again and looking near how it used to then this shit happens.

On new years eve my neighbor had a huge party. And his stufid FCKN friends keyed my whole damn car. Evey panel but the roof. Ive offically given up on the car. IM gonna get a new paint job then sell it. Sorry guys, its been real but i can no longer ride in the cursed car. To top it all off i got a ticket for speeding that afternoon.

Any advice on how to sue the neighbor for what happened. I cant pin him on the keying himself but i know one of his guests from the party are responsible!!! Advice welcome!!! Remember i live in Cali. We have strict laws.

my neighbour keyed my car at a party too and i really think there's nothing you can do until you can prove who did it. just file a police report i guess. also, i'm assuming you only have liability on your car like i do....

I would really try to have the neighbor pay for the paintjob or have him find out who keyed your car. That is really messed up that someone would key your car for no reason. Goodluck with everything.

Ha ha ha...I had someone press charges against me because his 26 year old son wouldn't stop openning his damn mouth long storie short i punch it through his car window...now in a sad atempt to get even with me even after all the court shit he powdered my car with baby powder or something and to get back I had their trash cans turned upside down all on their driveway and left dog shit under the car handles...I know not exactly "eye for an EYE" but there hasn't been an issue since and i'm no longer sour about that pussy having daddy bail him out of getting his ass kicked. Hope my storie helps...also too if he doesn't pay for it you just need one person to say they say it happen and in directly you can have it filed against him.

Hes being a little bitch hiding behind his mommy (she s lawyer) says theres no way to pin the actually keying on him. Even though hes held responsible for those at the party theres no way to say "a stranger off the street came in my driveway and keyed my car!!!" What a dumb son of a bitch. My car was the one futhur up in the driveway, my roomates ride was behind mine. This litte SOB says hes not responsible. Hope he gets AIDS or something. F him he'll get whats coming to him eventually. Im not gonna be that asshole that messes with his car cause then id sink to a level i despise. Ill get back at him somehow. I think im gonna have a big party and break all his windows, then its not my problem. HAHAHAAHAHAh


If i part out the car dont worry you all will be the first to know. Need to get it repainted first. I got a $500 deductible but i dont want to file an insurance claim cause my rates will rise. There major downfalls to living in LA.

TO MAKE THINGS WORSE!!!!

Someone tried to steal my rims last night and tore the front 3 of 4 studs off my hub trying to rip off my lock nuts. Damn theives. That costed me one day off work and $100 to fix. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhh cant win. I cant win!!!
