Default bastards taking em to court

a car accident that occured 2 years ago is starting to get ugly,

The asshole was driving with his wife and baby daugter in a 2005 subaru forester, burgundy color..

I hit or should i say "Rubbed" their car, but it was a mild impact accident, it was also mild enough for the driver and passenger come out of the unscathed..

obviously the accident was just a mild fender bender, ands now this Dumb-fuck Lawsuit-abusing son of a bitch is filing a lawsuit against me,
him and this attorney are coming after me for $300,000 in damages.

I'm laughing at this and also enraged at the same time, the asshole think's he can claim compensation from a accident that never look's like he infilicted severe injury's..even though he has injury's, he can't prove it when i show the judge and the jury the picture's of our car's after the accident,

the mild scrape on the plaintiff's passenger side which was only a long but mild body scrape, my car's bumper and hood and pass headlight was broken

the ambulance and firefighter's came and immediatley left because we told that we weren't injured, if the guy was injured, he'd be going in the ambulance to the hospital, not back home with his family.

i going to see my Defense attorney on wednesday and see if we can win this case against the bitch-fucker!!..if i can, i'm even gonna sue the asshole for wrongful accusation, and for Auto accident injury fraud..

"Talk before you fight, think before sueing thy neighbor"

people who file the most dumbest lawsuits from spilled hot coffee to a lost pair of pant's from a korean dry cleaners to slippng on the bathtub form your house are earthly scum that shoule be shot at and joyfully kicked while they're down..damn scumbag's..lawsuit's like these should be having them in prison for telling lies

2 years ago? Did he just come out of the blue on this or has this fight been going on since the wreck? If so your attorney needs to bring that point up that this just after money and wasn't really hurt.

I will say this however. I was in a wreck when I was younger. I jumped out of the car and ran to help the guy that we hit (his fault, ran a stop sign). After that I ran to call for help. It wasn't until two days later that a ligament in my back showed signs it had swollen. It caused alot of pain and issues with one of my legs. I didn't go after the driver, but I did get an attorney after the insurance company called me a liar. Even after the doctor they sent me to said I had a problem they refused to pay. That was settled out of court. Moral to that story.. some people don't realize they are hurt until after they get home.

but this accident wasn't serious, my car just rubbed the passenger side all the way front front to rear and just loosened his rear bumper..no serious collision was involved.

his passenger side just scraped my car at 35 mph..no blunt force or excessive impact..the picture's after the accident will speak for themselves as my attorney has pic's of both mine and his cars..

the jury will have a chance to look at the picture's and realize that there is no way the plaintiff could have been severly injured after looking at the mild damage to his car

Ah, mine was a full on T-bone at around 35mph. 91 Honda Civic vs. an SUV. I was in the civic.

forum rule's don't rule out excessive threads..

most of these threads i made were from long time ago and were brought back by someone replying to it

so don't stir the dust on the threads and they'll go away

"UPDATE"
I went and met with my attorney, he said this case was a mild one and all rode on the fact of the docotr's medical reports..if the doctor examines the plaintiff and doens't find anything wrong with him, the asshole doens't stand a chance in court, cause he's got very little to sue me for

but if the bastard doe's have a slight injury, my attorney will settle it for $25,000..

my attorney's was very confident that we could resolve this case...

i'm hoping for the best..

I was involved in a very similar matter where I was in an accident and this retard pulls up to MY accident 10 minutes after the fact and just stops in the middle of the intersection and got hit. Then he SUED ME!!! He wanted all kinds of money too ($175k) but my lawyer ripped him apart. He got nothing. Everything is so eager to sue someone else anymore that it seems like people are LOOKING to get into accidents.

On the other hand, one of my good friends got hit by a drunk teenager about 6 months ago and messed up his back horribly. He missed about 2 weeks from work and just wore a back brace for awhile. The kid's insurance company wanted to settle outside of court for $2200. My friend's FULL SIZED TRUCK was TOTALED from the kid hitting him so hard with a 240SX!!!! There's a good cause to sue someone in that situation!!!!
