Bulletproofing

I just need info on bulletproofing the engine....seeing how I can't find anything online (well...dunno what exactly to filter out under Google...)...not to mention, I haven't heard much about bulletproofing...except cars in Japan (them Surpas) do it. So...what exactly is it, and what exactly does it entail doing to your engine? Posted here because generally bulletproofing goes hand-in-hand with turbocharging...so...yeah...

Uhhh you'll have to arrange the gasket with the builders; the machine shop will install the studs and thats it.:dead:

not metal head gasket only comes to lower compression and ruin quench area.

The stock hyundai head gaskets are used in the 600hp cars.

hyundai gaskets are KNOWN for their strength and longevity

Ok then use a stock hyundai one if that better.

Here's the "all the way" package. :evil:

-Oversize Valves and upgrade valvetrain
-5-angle valve job
-Oversize bores
-Install stroker kit[cleareneing and replacement of big end bearing if necessary for crank fitment]
-ALL reciprocating assemblies balanced
-Fix ported IM and extrudehone ports for optimum flow at a given RPM
-Cleanup of combustion chamber
-Valve seat, vlave giude replace

This is the expensive one.:dead: AND it usually takes longer to do because the block and heads have to be processed further; its not your teardown, tolerance and rebuild.

I'll let you know if I remember anything else.
