for the FIC logging there 2 option.
internal or PC logging.
internal logging store the data inside its 64kb internal memory.
short run logging , but really precise.
PC logging you need the fic plugged to the laptop while logging.
a bit less precise ( no change for street car... another story for race car ) but
endless logging.
my log is a 22min one lol

my glowshift wideband is plugged to the fic.
i have the analog output on the glowshift wideband controller connected to the fic AUX IN wire.
Elite 10 Color Series Wideband Air Fuel Gauge

my tuning is on the stop for now.... it is running " not too lean " on boost for now.
i can't tune it because of the snow. when tire spin it change everything.

another question ?
Thats really nice, I got my gauge pod from that same seller (glowshift), it seems they make really nice products. I'm considering on buying the innovates LC-1 wideband which is very popular. As for the vitara you just get the .020 oversize (75.5mm) and it matches our engine.

glowshift make great product.
probably the best for street/lapping on the market.
not recommended for heavy race tho... and i don't know why !
i heard alot about innovate LC1 and seem to be top quality product , right under autometer. but for the price it is best matched for race than street.

great info for the vitara piston !
this should be in a sticky post because
info like that are almost impossible to find. ( thinking of people looking to see if 4G63 piston fit in G4FK beta2 )
and it save lots of bucks to those who buy them only to see if it work.

i have some information like that too ( not related to the engine tho ) which should be in the same sticky as your pistons information

Yeah, there are a lot of combinations that fit the alpha engine nicely, but it all depends on your budget. The vitara piston is an excelent piston and holds boost very nicely but the problem lies in the con rod. The vitara is a full floating 19mm wrist pin piston, and the accent piston uses a pressed type 18mm wirst pin. It is possible to bore the small end of the accent rod to 19mm and install the vitara piston. But then you'll have another problem. The rod length. The rod will be too short for the vitara and you will end up with a ridiculously low compression ratio. So thats why my friend uses a different rod for the vitara piston, because of the length. Here's a paper I made with all the specs (using a digital micrometer) of the OEM accent rod.

There are some honda rods that match on the big end lateral and bore size and can be used, you just have to look for the correct length so you end up with a nice comp ratio with the vitara.
