are there any recalls that i need address to my dealer before i pick im my new tiburon tuesday? for example ive been hearing about a sunroof motor problem.

theres the sunroof problem, leather seat problem(something about it getting messed up near the door). thats all i know of

OK, recognised problems with dealer fixes/advisories are
1) Sunroof motor
2) Side airbag in front seats
3) Window motors

No recalls yet that I have heard, but these are the only know 'probs' The roof needs resetting (5 second job) some seats have been replaced, and also the same with the window motors... all under warranty

What problems are you seeing in the UK with the seats? There are two recalls out but the new tibs have been taken care of. The sunroof was a problem with the controler. I know i've seen problems with windows but its been them getting stuck on the stoppers and adjusting them down has seemed to fix it.

On the new Tibs, some people were seing the airbag in the side of the seat 'pushing' through the leather. just looking shoddy and not very good for a $30,000 car! (Yes, thats what we have to pay after conversion etc..)
I think this was an issue with the first release of the seats, and has now been resolved..
