Or do I need a catback and other mods as well? Also what is the tourque increase on the AEM?

atcually i think that the AEM gets about 12 whp so you would still come up about 15 hp short of 200. but with an exhasut on there you should have about 210 at the crank. The Delta responds excelllently to N/A mods.8D

AEM is a 16.2 HP gain

Tib Gt stock is 170 hp at the crank
AEM intake adds 15+hp

If you add an exhaust, you will be close to 200hp at the crank and a set of headers should get you above 200 hp at the crank.

No way to realy tell for sure since we are talking crank hp but all 3 mods will prbably get you to around 210hp at the crank.

I've heard that the internals wasn't the problem that the crank webs in the block casting was the weak point. which is it? and what you are working out in Korea, will it be worth changing?

Well the cylinder sleeves were the first part to go at 6psi.
Then you can imagine the rest following.

I'm not planning on going FI at anypoint with this car. I think a CAI, a Catback, and some header work are definately in my future. Possibly an ECU chip once they become available.
If I can get ~200-210HP at the wheels I'll be happy. Coming from a 112HP 1.6L this car feels overpowered and I'm having a lot of trouble getting used to to the pull in 1st gear. It'll be a while before I can get a clean launch without spinning.
But learning is always part of the fun isn't it?
