Default About to buy 2004 V6-6speed tiburon.

I would like to know opinions on this car, only if you've actually driven one. Also does anyone know is it possible to buy the v-6 6speed combo with the infinity, abs, no sunroof and no leather? Thanks in advance

I just got one. got a v6 6sp w/ leather sunroof and infinity silver. I really like this car. The more I drive it the more I like it. I test drove the 5spd and then the 6spd and the 6 feels WAY different, and WAY better.

Why would I need to have a new model clutch inspected? Also I've heard of the clutch issues with the 2003. What dimensions are the clutch? Thanks in advance

I havn't had a clutch problem yet and I have had mine for almost 2 years. the paint on the 03's sucks a little bit but nothing major.

My Opinion: After test drive.

The car drove.. handled, and shifted great. The 6 is awesome and I think it was the smoothest clutch I've ever felt. Great interior too. Only downside... EXTREME outside noise and a fair amount of engine noise.

the engine noise was most likely a ticking? correct? if that is it i had the same noise the day after i puicked up my gtv6. i brought it back and was told the the noise is coming from the lifters, if the car you buy has been sitting on the lot, the lifters tend to sink and this creates almost a rod knock/ wrap noise. they flushed it with some oil, took it on the highway and gave it back to me noise free. it has been fie since

no, the noise was from outside the car. the aerodynamics of the car aren't very sound efficient.

Yes it is possible to get the V6, 6-speed, no-sunroof, ABS, Inifinity system and no-leather. That's exactly what I have.. I just can't remember the option number.
