Default help ???? can hyundai do this or is it to late????

ok let me start off i just bought my car. it was a week ago sunday well ne ways they said that there was some minnor scrapes on the roof, through the pin stripe and the little plastic piece on the rear winshealed ok i was fine with that just cause i wanted my tibb and,thay said theyed paint it ok cool.right???not!!BS!when i got home right from the dealer my mom ,dad, and little brother and my twin bro all came out to look at it well me and my mom were looking inside my litte brother said look joe there a mark!!!! i said<where??? and he was up under my rear bumper right by the left exhaust pipe (just to the top right is the mark and the muffler pipe assemblly is slightly bent the left sticks out a whole inch i freaked and called my salesman(left a message and then talked to him) he said ok will take care of it when we take care of those scrapes ok cool. well i take my car and drop it off on wensday ans now its next thursday and still no car so i call my salesman back he tells me they couldnt match the color code the didnt have the color im like thinking ok i went all the way to jax FL. (in a sonata 04 not a bad car but if i wanted one id buy it not to mention the gas guzzlin V6 ahhhhhhh!?!?!?)so i went without my car a weekend when i could have drove it>bsbsbs!! so this is what im thinking talking to my salesman (and before i talked to him i was talking with service and i told them my name and said im looking for a blue tibb the guy dosent put me on hold and asks anouther guy about a blue tibb and that guy goes ohhman i think someone barrowed that car. the guy come back and just punched me thruogh to theservice manager he told me that it wasent done i hung up and called my sales man cause those guy gave me the run around .i was mad which leeds to that part as im talking to my salesman thinking???)so i tell him all that crap and say look put ur self in my shoes i just bought a brand new car (key word new!!)and i say can u tell me the meaning of new and said it means unused undamaged NEW!! and i said ive bought a elantra last year and now the tibb and i said ur dealership was voted best new car dealership in bervard county. theres that new again and i said thats not what i got i gotta damaged car and u put me in it and i would not be going through ne of this and i say somethings gatta happen this is america u cant go around selling damaged cars new (i can understand if that cut the price but they didnt)i paid full price for a brand new car and thats what i want u guys got me in something i didnt like the first time and now ur trying to do the same thing NO!! i said i dont want that car and he said theres nothing i can do i said give me the number to the manager and hyundai motor america i called the manager and here claimed to be in a meeting so i call hyundai motor america talked with the manager there and told him every thing he then tried to call coastal hyundai and talk with the manager and he took me off hold and said that the manager was not there and he would call me in the mourning and thats what im waiting for the point of this is too see if this has happened to ne one else and what happend and to also get some feed back on ne advice thank u to ne one that can help me out.

hey ya know whats funny u can see the muffler in my pics on my profile hard to see the gash by the left muffler:duh::depressed::evil:

Unfortunately I think you won't be able to do anything. Once you sign the paper and drive the car off the lot, it's a done deal.
How come you didn't inpsect the car top to bottom to ensure there were no blemishs?

Take the car back, how long have you had it? Even though you drove it off the lot, they admitted to loaning the car out before you bought it. Take it back and get another one, tell them they will have to because they didn't sell you a new car, like your contract had said, it was more of a loaner car..Screw them and take it back, raise hell...I would that's for sure..

ok i raised hell with them and im geting a sunroof for free metal gas cap and a hole new exhuast ohh and i did inspect it but the scrape was under and the muffler was bent andthat why there going to fix it its all bs but there doing every thing to make me happy sence they cant take it back past the three day resending period lol ohh well got a new piant job a new gas filler door sunroof and a new muffler system lol im happy as hell well ty guys have a good one. jl
