i have 2000 to spend on a 03 tib gt what should I get to for the almighty dollar.

Definately what every one has said.
You should be able to get those three things for less then $2gs and that is buying quality units.

Header = $500-$600
Exhaust = $500-$600
Intake = $200 (I would get AEM)

That will leave $500-$600 for additional things.
You could get a nitrous kit for around $500
or if you don't want juice,
Bored throttle body for about $350, new plug wires for about $150 and maybe scrounge enough together for a quality grounding system $100-$200

Other then the nitrous, most of your warranty will be fine with all the above mods.

Everything non OEM you put on your car will void some part of your warranty.
Basicaly, if you install an intake and it is linked to the problem then you will have to pay for the repair.

Also, please use the deit button instead of double posting.

The prices I gave were aprox and retail. Sure, better deals can be occasionaly found and/or, not everyone can get as good of deals as you and I. There are advantages to having connections.
