okok... since there are underage people (me) that want to attend will all of the functions be suitable for say 19 yr olds and such.... also how the hell do I register and how much is it gonna be... also any info on where it is gonna be held???

in Las Vegas, you're 19 years old. you can't gamble or drink legally until you're 21, otherwise, you're golden

I realize this fact but... if say we have a function at a bar or sumthin then I am unable to attend ... I am not even able to hang outside in the parking lot... I know cuz I have tried...

Age isn't really a big deal with this meet...the only things that you wont be able to do is go to the clubs (club-a-go-go deal), gamble, and drink. All of those things are a VERY minor part of the event. All the big stuff, like the meet/show, group drive, cookouts, possible sky diving, etc can be done by those of all ages.
And there are enough people under 21 going that when the 21 and up crowd is at the club, there will be enough going on to keep everyone busy and having a good time!
When people go gambling, thats their own thing, but the club-a-go-go deal only takes about 5 hours of the whole meet....so there is only about 5 hours that age will even make a difference, ya know?
As far as pricing...
As you can see, this meet is sponsored by ADA and they are giving away lots of stuff for it, but all the stuff is for the GK's/Tuscanis, so I am currently trying to get some involvement for the older tiburons by having some give aways for them too. Depending on who and what I can get as part of that, it will affect the registration price somewhat. But the price for that will be incredibly low - I wont let it get over $30.
The event covers many locations, but we are considering the Cashman Center for the actual meet/show. After that, places such as Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, etc will be part of the schedule.
There is a lot going on with this meet - a lot of events. But which events you choose to be involved in is entirely up to you
are you guys going to cruise red rock canyon? you can't have a car meet in Vegas without that.
and for everyone worried about the underage thing... i lived in Las Vegas from 18, until just before i turned 21, and never had any problems having a good time. Las Vegas is what you make it.. and the bottom line is cars and alcohol do NOT mix, so this shouldn't even be a concern!

The group drive will start from Las Vegas and drive to Red Rock Canyon and the Hoover Dam, then to Lake Mead, where the BBQ/Cookout will be!
(Im not sure in the linearity/location of Red Rock and Hoover Dam, so I'm not sure right now which one would come first in the tour - but it will end at Lake Mead).
Sounds like a good time. Aside from having classes during that time, I'd love to go to some of this and I'll be around. That's going to be more of a BBQ Dinner than a BBQ Lunch. From past experience with Del Sol meets I've organized in Vegas, it takes at least 3 hours to get to and all the way around Red Rock, then you drive all the way across town and out to Hoover dam (about 50 miles), which will be at least another 3 hours, then back the way you came from the dam and over to the lake, which will take about another 1-2 hours.
You're looking at 8 hours of solid driving before you get to the BBQ.
