Default Dash Gauge Trim removal help

For some reason the black trim that is in front of the gauge glass got installed on TOP of my trip meter reset button!
so it kind of humps up in the middle over the button. I can't use or ever see the button, and it makes it hump up over the low gas and other dummy lights too.

I found 2 screws at the top holding it in place, but it doesnt seem to want to come out once I removed the screws. With some of the DIY stuff ive read, I noticed Hyundai uses clips to hold anything and everything in place, so I am assuming theres some trick clips holding this piece in? I don't want to break it, so I stopped tugging on it.

How do I get this piece out?

www.hmaservice.com/webtech

go there, enter your cars info in the drop down menues, and click on body (interior & exterior)

search around in there.

follow those directions and if something breaks, make hma pay for it.:

thanks for the link.

I removed the two screws that it shows to remove the gauge housing ...yet it still wont budge... im just not sure if theres clips or what holding it in place...as i don't want to break it...i tried prying and forcing it out...yet its not budging.

has anyone taken this part out, or replaced their gauge lights or gauges or anything? how much force did you have to use to get this dumb piece out?
