Before photo:
1. Remove Shift Knob
2. Pry center console off with fingers or other soft object. Shift boot should come off of the shifter at this point and you should be able to pull the console completely off.
3. Remove 4 screws attaching the shift boot to the console.
4. Turn shift boot inside-out and remove metal ring holding the rubber piece to the top of the shift boot. Take out the rubber piece and the metal ring both, you'll need them on the new boot.
5. These are the pieces from your stock boot you'll need to put the new shift boot on
6. Shove the rubber piece into the top of the new shift boot and re-attach the metal ring securing them together.
7. Turn shift boot right-side out.
8. Re-attach 4 screws that hold the shift boot to the console.
9. The completed console/shift boot assembly, ready to go back into the car
10. Put the center console back into the car, making sure to put the shifter through the shift boot
11. Reattach your shift knob and admire
