Default Tib 04 V6 6-Speed Question?

Hi All
I just traded in my accent gt for a 04 tib v6 6speed se w/175mile only. Dose any one have trouble with first grear stalling befor engaging! The Dealer in sc said they all do that ! My accent gt didn't do that.

I don't have a Tib, but I have not heard of anystalling issues.
But the question is, is it the car or the driver?
I mean no offense by asking that, but it is a new car which will have a tighter clutch not to mention the Tibs have a more agressive clutch then the accents to begin with. It may be that you just need to get used to it.

i have a 04 tib too, its u. me and all friends who drive stick everyday stalled it too. the clutch is really soft, after a while u get used to it. hows the gear box? it comfused me the first day with the gears being closer together than a regular 5 speed.
ohh and the SE trim came out in 04? i thought it was 05 :ermm:

its a torquey lil guy huh 8D
