Great Tiburon Sub Mod On www.newtiburon.com look in DYI forum for sub mod!

I did mine today took 5min and my sub hit a lot harder!:evil:

its pretty simple and it works....simply disconnect ur stock sub at the connector and swap out the 4 wires, put the 2 black ones where the 2 green ones were and the 2 green ones where the 2 black ones were u dont really need to a jewelers, i just used a needle nose and pulled them straight out. if you want it broken down barney style go to new tiburon's do it yourself.

First of all, it is always better to post the actual link, and although rampantcow explained it in a way that anyone should be able to do it in, here it is anyways since most people don't know why they will be doing this.

Now, people have known for a couple years that Hyundai has wired these subs out of phase but are they still doing it?

There is a replacement for displacement. It is on 2 wheels and 600cc.

Worked pretty good, it only took about 15 minutes, very easy to remove the wires with a tiny watch screw drivers, no effort at all. The bass is better at low to mid volume but not turn up alot. But i may have to adjust the bass a bit to get a better sound when playing loud. Never had time to do that yet. :lol:
