Default IAT sensor location

I think I made a post in the wrong section...my bad...I'm a newbie so please don't flog me too much!!

I'm looking for the IAT sensor on my '05 Tibby SE V6. I have one of those resisitors that you plug into it to give it more HP. May work, may not work...if not, I'm out $7. Can somebody please tell me where this sensor is? Many thanks to all you. I'll be posting more hopefully as my car comes along. Just installed AEM CAI (sounds and runs awesome!!) and my ARK cat back exhaust will be here later this week. I can't wait to see how IT sounds!

Thanks in advance for your advice...

I installed that arc dual catback myself in like 45 minutes. That sounds awesome. Don't use the silencers though. It sounds way better without them. It's real throaty. Not real annoying, just deep.
