Default need help with 9006 HID install....

Has anyone else ordered Zenon HIDs(yes Zenon, not Xenon) from Seoulful Racing for their fog/head lights? They arrived with no directions and any diagrams I've found online either dont match my hardware or are not clear at all with what precisely goes where. I have pictures of what I have I will post them soon...

when i hooked it up the only way i could figure it out to do i just plugged the power cord that went in old bulb straight into ballast and ballast direct to HID bulb. The second cord (next to ballast in pic, one red tip one pink tip) i was unable to use and the 2 tips circled with question mark i was also unable to figure out. I replaced the fuse in engine box with a 20a. Still no HID. A lot of American based HID companies use relays and ignitors, but Asian ones look like this and dont use them. Asian diagrams I have seen online have tiny grainy pics and broken english so they are of little use. One potential complication is that I have the 'anytime' foglight mod (fogs go on or off with switch, independent of other lights)
