Default Hp on a budget??

Have 04 Tiburon GT. Looking to get hp on a budget. Wife won't let me spend that much money. I'm looking for suggestions on Vendors, Performance Upgrades, etc. I'm not looking to upgrade looks, I'd rather have Hp than looks. Also looking for a good shop in San Diego, Ca Area. Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
Thanks

Since forced induction seems to be a "no go," here are some N/A (naturally aspirated) mods you can do to modestly boost your HP.

(1) Cold air intake (CAI). I recommend either Injen or Fujita.
(2) Header. Your options are Arkspeedracing's header or the one from DC Sports.
(3) Cat-back exhaust system. Majority of people like Ark's exhaust or the one from Injen (Super SES exhaust).
(4) Lightweight pulleys.

Beyond this, your wife may throw a fit.
