which foot?

Do you have an automatic or manual shift?

which part of your foot hurts? and is it red in color?

Does it hurt all the time? When you put pressure on it (like standing)? or when you move it?

i noticed i was having the same problem when i was working a lot, i drive a manual transmission, and the only thing i can thing of is maybe all the pressing of the clutch worked some of my foot muscles that ran through the heel or something. if its the same type of soreness i had, it goes away after a few days usually.

it's a manual! and it's my right foot. it's only when i put pressure on it. it's only the heal of my foot and it's a normal color!

Sounds like a heal spur or you bruised your heal.
