Foot Question Doc

Got a question for ya doc my right foot has been hurting really bad. For about a week or better now I cant hardly but any weight on it at all. Well I was looking a foot to see I could see any brusing or anything. Didnt see any but if I rub it I can feel little hards spots on what seems to be the tendit running to my big toe. Someone sayed that maybe my foot was dearching. Just wanted to know what you thought thanks.

Possibly Gout in your big toe or plantar fascitis in the bottom of your foot.
