Default NO2

Doc how do you feel about people taking no2 to increase muscle size...I have decided to not do atkins like I spoke of in another topic but would rather try to eat healthier but still want to see an increase in muscle size...I have a buddy who is doing it and the only other thing he does is protein shakes and he is a lot bigger than he was only a month ago...just wanted to know how you felt about it and if it is safe...thanks

The cost of these type of supplements is very high. Ex. approximately $300.00 month. That's alot to spend. Side effects aren't well known at this time. Long term side effects concern me and that is were most people who take steriods fall under.

The other thing to consider that if you do decide to take these. When you quit taking NO2 will your muscle size dwindle back down, like when you go off of steriods.

I'm sure that money can be spent in a much more constructive way . Like for getting an NO2 kit for your car . You can always get a new car, but not a new body.

is there anything else you would recommend to add in order to increase size faster but not make my testes smaller and not so expensive. I have been taking 2 protein shakes a day with peanut butter and a bananna mixed in for better taste. I have creatine but you had said before that you did not like it...I also have these pills that are called CLA that are suppose to increase lean muscle and decrease fat...On the web it also said the stuff is used to help prevent different forms of cancer so it cannot be that bad...any other suggestions?

CLA is decent and I like it. You'll burn up to 4.5 pounds of fat taking it and most likely gain 2 pounds of muscle mass in one year.

Keep doing the protein shakes, working out, and eating alot of calories primarily protein type calories. The more calories the faster your muscles will build, but if you consume to much carbs or fats the more fat you will store. If that isn't an issue then eat as much as you want . When you get to the size you desire have a diet primarily in protein, not much carbs or fats and you'll tone up.
