I can't swallow pills. No matter how much I try i just can't! So what I do is crush them up. I just got a capsule (antibiotic) which is a plastic shell red and yellow and I'll split the shell open and pour the powder into a small cup! I'll pour the small cup in my mouth and water it down. Now is this bad?

I used to have problems swallowing pills. My parents actually took me to a doctor (or psycologist or something) to teach me how. Anyway, here's the deal: try swallowing Tic-Tacs and M&Ms and other hard candy, and work your way up until you can swallow candy bigger than the pill you need to take. Then try swallowing the pill.
