Default chest pains

I've been randomly getting some iritating chest pain's that last of about 4-11 minutes or so.

it hurt's when i'm breathing...when i try to breath or breathe deep, the pain get's worse and worse..feel's like a seizure...it sometime's go'es away when i hold some of the pain by holding my breathe a little and it goe's away..

would stress have to do with something like this?
my everyday life consist's of little sleep, eating nothing but deli food which consist's of fried food and stress from customers

Default Re: chest pains

Sounds like possibly angina from stress. I would still get in to see your physician for a check up and let him know. You need to sleep more, eat healthier, and drink more water as well.

I got this alot too. I know the sharp feeling. It went away after I have been drinking plenty of water and lifting weights.
