Default Small lump on right foot..concerned

i got a strange lump the size of a peanut shell on my right foot,

if i poke it, i don't feel anything,
my sister say's it's a cholestrol lump of some sort,
even if i firmly press against it, i fon't feel a thing..
i'm afraid it's some kind of cancer,

what are sign's of cancer or a legion on a foot?

Its most likely a fatty tumor, totally benign no need to be concerned about it. My mom gets em its somethin to do with the genetics and what not. A docter would be able to tell ya better but thats what im thinkin it could be.

Where is this area at? Does it bother you or cause you to walk funny?

It could be a cyst.

As stated before, most likely it's a fatty tumor. You can get it further checked either by your general MD or by a foot specialist.
