Remember my Sciatic problems? - Hyundai Performance Forums

Well, maybe they're not so much sciatic. I think I may have a lump at the top of my leg/bottom of my right cheek. I though it was just a cystic pimple or something. I get them there all the time from lounging in a wet towel after a shower. Well, this hasn't come up and it hasn't gone away. I'm still having pain and Ibuprofen offers little relief. I've tried icing and it doesn't help that much.

Ideas? Suggestions (other than seeing my MD)?

What else have you tried for therapy? If you have tried nothing then I would suggest seeing a chiropractor, PT, or your MD.
