use the shower head to repeatedly rinse and DON'T RUB IT. It's gotta fall out on it's own. Although it's uncomfortable to ignore, if you're itching, scratching, or rubbing it, you could work it deeper into your skin.
Just accept that it's there and it'll work it's way out in a day or two of normal activity.

Normal wear will cause most to fall out quickly. That's because you're constantly shedding your outer skin. A few pieces might get worked under a layer of skin or two, but as those layers surface, decompose, and fall off, the fiberglass will go with them.

For god's sake dont touch or rub your eyes. It will all eventually come out of your body you will just have to put up with the itching. dont rub it, it can go in deeper. give it time, it will fall out.
