Default I know you're not a vet but...

... my cat has diahhrea sometimes. What with it being a mammal and all, I would think it's due to food it eats? Or drinks? Liz's cat is fine, my cat poops diahhrea tho. What should I try to get rid of it? I changed his food, I dilute it with water so he can be more hydrated, i changed his dry meals, and I filter his drinking water.

He doesn't seem to complain about it, he does not behave any different, doesn't seem to be alarmed/pissed or anything. What could I try now?

That's probably the problem... DUH...

Give it regular food and give it a water dish...

The cat shouldnt need extra water in its food, just leave a water bowl out and let him drink when he wants.

Don't give your cat milk (I know you give it water). The cat may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). You can also try what the members suggested above as well as trying this brand of cat food brand called NUTRO.

If those things don't help or if the cat keeps having diarhea or gets worse, time for the vet or you could just take it to the vet now.

I put water in there because my last cat Shera that died became very dehydrated and that was a way to hydrate her.

I will stop adding water and see what happens. Either way he does not seem discontent, or irrirable, or alarmed when he uses the facilities.

And we're done with the problem. The removal of water from the food mix yeilds (mostly) solid poop.

Told ya, unless the animal is very sick or has a condition of some kind, they are pretty good at hydrating themselves if theres a bowl of water left out for them.

I was just worried, I never see him drink. He loves going in the bathtub (empty) and watching the droplets come down. Sometimes he "eats" them!

Cats are really smart animals, they are pretty much able to sustain themselves aslong as food and water and a litter box are left out for em.

hah sometimes when the litterbox is neglected, my cat goes into the wicker basket in the living room (where the litterbox originally was) and begins to pee.

That signals me to immediately change teh litter. Also, as soon as it is changed, they both flock to it and render it a mess. It never fails.
