Default chest pain when walking

ever since i worked at goodyear..almost 10 hour's of shifts day and that mean's eating whatever i can get my hands on..the dreaded vending machine.

cola..candy..chips.. sound's like a heart stopper..

i haven't done any excercise in age's and i'm starting to wonder if walking for more than five minute's mean's clogged arteries..

i need to drink water and OJ and eat fruits "mostly chilled blueberrie's and cranberries"..and take my vitamin's and do pull-ups on a daily basis..

what do you think doc?
is it serious?

will reverting back to health food and excercise help me?

Eating healthy and exercise is good for everyone except a few that have health conditions that won't let them exercise.

If your 20+ years old and or overweight I would get in to see your physician, just to make sure your heart is ok. Chest pains when walking isn't normal.

Bro, Fruit, water and multi-vitamins. It works wonders. Oh yeah, try Omega Fish oil capsules.
