Default while I'm at it, how about my liver...

so I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident. got airlifted to the hospital and got some cool new metal plates in my arm and all that good stuff. anyway, while they were doing whatever tests they do that amounted to a 50 thousand medical bill they found my liver. so later that day after surgery while I'm pretty hopped up on morphene the doctor came over and asked me if I ever drink alcohol. my mind says 'there can't be a good ending to this conversation' but my mouth says 'every now and then, why?' so he explains how they found a lot of fatty tissue or whatever in my liver that is usually only accompanied with advanced dtages of alcoholism. after asking for this information in layman's terms he looks at me and said 'you have the liver of a 65 year old man.' boy what a day that was...anyway what is a good way to take care of my liver? yeah I know stop drinking is obvious but any special vitamins, certain drinks (juices or whatever) or medications that I shoud make myself acquainted with?? some people tell me that your liver is the only organ that can never heal, others say its possible but slow and requires medication, I dunno I'm just looking to get some liver health info.

The herb "Milk Thistle" will help your liver regenerate and detoxify it so that it can heal quicker. You will need to be on it for at least 1.5 years.

In addition to Milk Thistle, do some research on Soya Lecithin... it is also incorporated into many liver tonics...
