Doesn't matter when you take Centrum, you typically can't use what's in them meaning you may absorb them, but the body can't use them. Centrum puts there money in the marketing not the product. If you still want to take Centrum, just take them as your doctor suggested.
Ultrapreventative III is one of the best multivitamins to take.
