Default Why do I have to take Centrum with Food?

I'm on Xenical right now; that's what the doctor prescribed me as a safe diet pill. It's the same as Alli but at higher dosing. My doctor told me to buy Centrum because you're suppose to take a vitamin every night before you sleep. On the back of the centrum bottle, it tells you to take the pill during a meal. Why is this? Will my body still absorb vitamins without the help of food?

Doesn't matter when you take Centrum, you typically can't use what's in them meaning you may absorb them, but the body can't use them. Centrum puts there money in the marketing not the product. If you still want to take Centrum, just take them as your doctor suggested.

Ultrapreventative III is one of the best multivitamins to take.
