Default Doctor said "Your liver is in grave danger".

I don't get it. When I was an alcoholic and meat eater last year, my blood test came out normal and my Liver was healthy.

For the past 5 months, I've been gulping down major amounts of water; on a pescetarian diet; drinking about only 2 beers a month and excercising. I just got my blood drawn a couple days ago and the results came back worse than ever. It wasn't just the Liver; it was also cholesteral, Glycomic, blood pressure and etc etc. She also said that my Liver was extremely damaged. I don't see my doctor until September, Doc, do you know anything that could of gone wrong?

It takes a while for damage to show up from your lifestyle a year ago.

Do you think DiphenHydramine could of affected my liver? I've been taking that to help me sleep. My doctor wrote "avoid over-the-counter tylenol products". I'm not sure if that includes sleeping-aids.

Anything that can make an extra load on the Liver should be avoided. I would ask your MD about it though.

Milk Thistle helps to detoxify and clean liver and also helps with cirrhosis.

You'll need to take it consistently for 1.5 years. Let me know what milligrams are per capsule.

Livers are relatively regenerative IF you take care of them.

3 daily should be fine. Take that amount for 2 months and let me know how your doing, then we'll see about keeping you on the same dosage or lowering it.
