I dont take supplements mostly because I feel that not all of them are actually good for your body, in fact the only vitamin I ever take or have taken is Vitamin C...mainly cuz I cant afford to miss work!!

Im replying though in regards to some of your soda questions...yes Diet Sodas can be better for you in the aspects of 0 calories and 0 sodium but alot to most contain an ingredient called aspertame which they are actually finding out is very bad for you and in sum cases they think that it mite even lead to sum cancers...of course anything now a days can lead to cancer but I thought you would like to know that information...also in most cases if you drink lots of pop and your trying to lose weight if you stop drinking it you can lose up to I believe 15 lbs in the first couple weeks, its cause of all the sugars in it and caffeine isn't exactly great for you either!

I have cut back on my consumption of pop an have lost a decent amount of weight, hope this info helps in your decisions on diet pop

ephedra is the best vitamin I took. It gives me a ton of energy compared to the other junk out there. Its harder to find nowadays, but its the best by far.

Ephedra isn't a vitamin and I haven't recommended it to anyone as heart attacks and strokes can occur as a result of using.

Default recently started taking vitamins

I just recently started taking vitamins. I take daily vitamins and then I am also taking extra vitamin C and E among others. Is there a risk of doing some thing wrong since I would think a daily vitamin would have enough C? I could be fine eating 1 orange or 10 and not have any side affects. I never take pills or vitamins so I am not sure what would happen. Please suggest me

1000-3000 mg/day of Vitamin C should be fine only side effect if you get to much is diarrhea.

No more than 400-800IU of Vitamin E/day.
