Default Is Alli ok??

So I have been thinking bout taking Alli to help me lose sum weight...my sister is on it mainly cause its the only thing she has been able to take that has helped her lose weight, but I was wondering if its ok to take...it seems to be helping her!!

I am thinking bout taking it mainly cause I have been working out and I changed my diet to eat healthier but I cant lose the weight, my only concern is I know that alot of diet supplements will help you lose weight but as soon as you stop taking them you gain that weight plus more sometimes back!! But is Alli a safe drug to be taking??

You still need to be patient as you are growing muscle (which weighs more than fat) and burning fat off. How are your clothes fitting...getting looser in some areas like your waist? Just keep working out and eating healthy and if you stay at the weight you're at that is fine too .

If there is other reasons why you want to loose this weight so quickly that you don't want to discuss on an open forum. Send an email to
dc berk@yahoo.com (take out the space between the dc and berk).

No my clothes really havent been getting looser...they're pretty much the same!! And I just really wanna lose weight cause Im not happy with myself, people can be mean...im not overweight by any means but some people have made fun of my weight and how I look...for instance no matter what kind of jeans I wear my hips do this curving in than back out thing so no matter what I wear it looks like I have a "muffin top"??? It just hurts sometimes...Im not one to really care what people think of me cause Im not here to impress anyone but my family but it does bother me cause for as long as I can remember my hips have been like that but my mom keeps telling me that that will go away if I continue to work out! So thats why I ask!!

Keep exercising and eating healthy. Give it 6 more weeks. Concentrate on the area that is bothering you with specific exercises for it.

if it's the outside of your hips which is a problem area for alot of women. Lie on your side and do leg lifts that will really work the side muscles of your hips toning and strengthening it as you go. 6-8 weeks of doing them is how long it will take for you just to start noticing a difference. In 1 year you will be where you want to be, but you'll need to do these the rest of your life to keep that area in check. My weak area happens to be my stomach and thus why I continue to work it everyweek to keep it in check. I would say doing 3 sets of 100 reps should be good. If you can attain that quite quickly add weights to your ankles in 1 pound increments going for 3 sets of 100 reps with the weight.

I've been taking Alli for a Month. When they say not to eat foods with alot of oil and fat.. they really mean it. Twice I mistakenly ate high oily fatting foods. I had Oily anal leakage for 2 days straight. I would have to change my boxers 4 times a day and go to the bathroom about 9 times a day so my body can get rid of all of the oils. Alli works man. I'm glad I'm taking it.

Yeah but, it's worth that 60 bucks. Cheapest I've seen was at Sam's club. But if you're going to buy it, you have to make sure you still with a healthy food and exercise plan. If you do, you'll lose weight alot of faster. It's the only pill that is FDA approved.
