I bought this for $5.00 at the garage sale. Do you know anything about this? I can really feel my body get worked, but I always do feel wierd about things that are "as soon on tv" products.

but for an ab exercise i prefer to do pikes on a swiss ball. if you're serious about working your core at home, invest in a swiss ball, you can do tons of work outs at home and they aren't too expensive.
