Default I havent been hungry!!

Ok so for the past 4 days or so I have found that I just havent been hungry at all...I have maybe eaten once a day and its mainly cuz I force myself to eat! Im pretty sure this isnt healthy but I dont wanna eat just to eat if Im not hungry cuz that could probably be worst for you than not eating at all!!

I havent been under any stress like a couple of my friends have mentioned to me before and I really havent had a lot on my mind either...yeah I wanna get my car done and get a loan for that, but I have already figured it all out so that doesnt even worry or stress me out!!

So far my weight is down to about 140lbs which I have no problem with that considering I wanna get down to 120 but I wanna do it the healthy way compared to crash dieting which some people may argue that I am doing...keep in mind I would like to eat but just havent been hungry at all!!

So....I guess my questions are,

Should I be worried bout this? And is this something that I can control?

I have a dr appt on Monday for other reasons but I was gonna ask her a couple other questions as well which this might be one of them!

Thanx for the help!!

a friend of mine doesnt eat for days at a time too. we'll be sitting there and she'll go "oh shit.. i havent eaten at all today, or for like.. the last couple.. heh" so we'll go eat and usually she feels better. "oh wow, i guess i should eat more often" lol

so from my point of view, you're absolutely normal. i'd still barrage the doctor with your questions though, because he/she's getting paid one way or another. make them earn it!

yeah for real! My dr is cool tho shes really nice!! But its like I wont even get hunger pains (growling stomach) or anything and when I do eat just so I dont passout or something I dont feel full or hungry or anything...its almost like it wouldnt have mattered if i ate or not! Its wierd! Like my friend had to make me eat something but I think that was mostly cuz we were drinking that nite and she wanted me to have something in my stomach!!
