Default Supplement question -

Is there a supplement that I can take to help with carpel tunnel? I heard that vitamin B-4 helps, is this true?

I couple of my friends have carpal and they use different things...

One of them takes B6 and St. Johns wort and says it helps a lot. My other friend just takes B2 and he says that helps. Try eatting bee pollen... It has all the B vitamins and has a lot of really helpful antioxidents. Good stuff too
