Default Pain on top of the Foot

Hi all,
I have noticed that after doing some squats, the next day my thighs keep paining whole day. Walking becomes difficult and a little crooked. What could be the cause of this? Thanks!

If you haven't done squats for a while or did to many you are experiencing sore muscles from most likely overusing them. Other things that could cause you to walk crooked or bother your legs is that you hurt your back from improper doing the squats or using to much weight.

Some suggestions:
Drink plenty of water (up to a gallon a day) to flush out the body of used metabolites, eat fresh pineapples to help decrease the lactic acid build up in the muscles and to help the muscles to heal, eat red tipped dark green leaf lettuce as it has phytonutrients for healing the body, eat nuts and chicken for protein, and you can supplement with Magnesium citrate to help the muscle recover.

You'll need some down time from your workout schedule for allowing the muscles to heal. In about 6 days you can start again if you are feeling better, but start with light weight and then as the weeks go on build up. If you aren't feeling somewhat better in 6 days and or it keeps getting worse get in to see your MD or go to the ER.

Oh yah...your title says pains in the top of foot, but you never mentioned this in your complaint above, you only mentioned thigh pain...time will tell if you are a spammer.
