If she has Osteoarthritis, then I would recommend the products from Douglas labs: Glucosamine + MSM forte. Chondroitin doesn't do anything for arthritis unless injected into the body.
A much better (so much better than what she is taking) essential fatty acid supplement is from Nutri West: Complete Omega 3 Essentials and Complete Omega Cofactors. These are based on actual research of what we need to get the EPA and DHA (the important ingredients in fish oil) to do what it needs to do and give us the best benefit from taking them.
