Default I'm probably diabetic?

over the past week, i've felt like hell,
my eye muscle was blurry, i had a dry mouth all the time and i lost 30 pounds..

I was ravenously thirsty and drank about 2 gallon's of water a day and my mouth was producing hardly any saliva

i'm told these are the usual symptom's of diabetes..

I went to my doctor and got weighed at 128 pounds..my pulse was okay
i'm going to see him again on saturday to get a urine and blood test..

what's odd is that i've been eating and drinking a litle too quick before this all happened..

currently, I'm in good condition and feel much better, i've been drinking homebrewed green tea and eating homemade korean food and eating fresh fruit and have been eating it slowly and chewing properly..
i eat and drink slower so i don't burden my stomach..
and i sleep normally now and dont feel thirsty anymore much and my saliva gland's are okay

all in all..doe's it still mean i have diabetes even though i don't show any of the symptom's anymore?

Something more than Diabetes could be going on. Blood and urine tests will let your MD know what further to test. Keep eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. If anything gets worse etc...if you can't get ahold of your MD, go to the ER.
