Default body cleansing - recommended?

Hey Doc

I remember a while back you mentioned you do a body/colon cleansing treatment for yourself regularly(or used to anyway). Would you recommend this for the average person, or just someone who seems to have a lot of issues with their body, etc? Do you have an alternative product, or have you heard good reviews about things like colonix?

I'm a relatively healthy guy now...but last year I was eating shitty food all the time and not being the nicest to my body. After looking at some pictures online of what seems to come out when doing one of these treatments, and reading the supposed testimonials...I'm curious if I should try it once to see if it remedies a few things that I have been having wrong with myself(intestinal stuff - nothing major)

Thanks for the input.

There are several options you can do to cleans the body.

1. Is to do a colon cleanse. That is where you would travel into a facility and they do this for you, by putting water into the bowels from the bottom up. This is done with special equipment, designed not to hurt the bowels. This take about 1-2 hours to complete

2. Liver cleans using milk thistle this takes about 3 months to complete.

There are other things out that are more expensive and don't work as well.

Congrats on learning and striving to live healthier.
