Re: Auto to 5-speed swap on my 97 Tiburon COMPLETED!!!!!
let's see I paid $375 for the tranny, axles, shifter, and pedals; $35 for the fly wheel, and $110 for the clutch, plus little odds and ends, so about $550 or so8D
of course that's for an Accent, so my tranny was a little cheaper than a tibs

Re: Auto to 5-speed swap on my 97 Tiburon COMPLETED!!!!!
I'm pretty much close to done. I just got back from Canada a couple days ago, I was gone for a week. So now all I have to do is drop the engine and trans in and I'll be good to go. I'm just taking extra time because of the interior changes I'm making.
Re: Auto to 5-speed swap on my 97 Tiburon COMPLETED!!!!!
pull the bulb out??? hehe. I hope I don't get any lights commin on that shouldn't be. Trust me though a CEL is soooooo much easier to take care of than swithing the entire wiring system of the car.
