Default keeping the tranny

people say you can keep the accent tranny does the tranny bolt right up the the tib engine or do you have to do some mods to it

Hey Rich, it should bolt right up without any modifications or atleast with only simple modifications.

Your major drawback from keeping the accent tranny will be top end but I think you may get a little bit better low end. You will still probably want to swap your clutch at this point since you will have everything apart anyways.

You are in a time crunch, you need to have it done by the end of May when I am down there. I will try and remember to bring my camera so I can take some pics for the site. Does Freddy still have his car or did he end up getting rid of it?

There is a replacement for displacement. It is on 2 wheels and 600cc.

he got rid of it now i'm thinking of getting something new but i'm try not to i still want to know more about the swap like if their are any pic of the enigne mounts

you will need scoupe pressure plate and disc to run the accent tranny.as for pics of mounts there are a couple of pics floating around of turbo maniaks car, my car, and 99mini's car. do a search for them and you will find them but just a pictuere won't get you mounts made :P

ok i'm going to order the engine tomarrow when it come in i'm going to take a week off and take it to tampa to get it done rudy and autobot thanks for the help 8D
