Default swap?

Hi last week i went to a junkyard i saw a manualtranny accent 2001 or 2002 y dont know but its a 4 door it has a dohc engine will the engine and tranny will fit my 99 accent??? is it 1.6 dohc?? or 1.8 dohc please helpuzzled:cause they sell me the engine with tranny for 500 and the ecu for 100

it is a 1.6ltr

The accent nevr came with a 1.8ltr

There is a replacement for displacement. It is on 2 wheels and 600cc.

OK thanx for my answer for the engines liter its allright a 1.6 dohc but will it actually fit in my car has anyone already made the swap?????

you'd be better off looking for a 1.8 or 2.0 beta to swap.
